  • At Aarsh HealthMart, the E-Commerce section of Aarsh ReproHealth, operated by EndoDaylights India Private Limited, we understand that circumstances may require you to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for order cancellations on our platform.

  • When Can Orders Be Cancelled?
  • Before Order Dispatch

    You can cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched by the seller. Cancellations made during this window are eligible for a full refund.

    After Order Dispatch

    Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not available. However, you may refuse delivery or initiate a return request after receiving the product, subject to our Refund and Return Policy.

  • How to Cancel Your Order
  • Option 1: Self-Service Cancellation (Recommended)

    You can cancel your order directly through your account:

    • Log in to your Aarsh HealthMart account
    • Go to “My Orders”
    • Select the order you want to cancel
    • Click on “Cancel Order”
    • Select a reason for cancellation
    • Confirm cancellation

    Option 2: Contact Customer Support

    If you are unable to cancel the order online, contact our customer support team:

    Provide your Order ID and reason for cancellation for faster processing.

  • Cancellation Timeline
    • Order Placed: Cancellation available immediately after placing the order until it is dispatched.
    • Order Confirmed: You can still cancel the order if it hasn't been handed over to the logistics partner.
    • Order Dispatched: Cancellation is no longer available. You may refuse delivery or request a return after receiving the product.
    • Order Delivered: Cancellation is not possible. Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy.

  • Full Refund Eligibility

    If you cancel the order before dispatch, you are entitled to a full refund of the order value, including any applicable discounts and coupons.

    Refund Processing Time

    • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: No refund applicable as no payment has been made at the time of cancellation.

    Refund Method

    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

    • Credit/Debit Cards: 7-10 business days
    • Net Banking/UPI: 5-7 business days
    • Wallets: Instant credit to wallet balance
  • Seller-Initiated Cancellations
  • In certain cases, the seller or Aarsh HealthMart may cancel your order due to:

    • Product unavailability or out of stock
    • Pricing or product listing errors
    • Delivery constraints (e.g., unserviceable pin code)
    • Suspected fraudulent transactions
    • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)

    If your order is cancelled by the seller or platform, you will receive a full refund (for prepaid orders) and a notification via email or SMS.

  • Non-Cancellable Orders
  • The following orders cannot be cancelled:

    • Orders already dispatched for delivery
    • Orders marked as “Out for Delivery”
    • Orders delivered to the customer
    • Products marked as “Non-Cancellable” on the product page
    • Custom or personalized orders (if applicable)
  • Partial Order Cancellations
  • If your order contains multiple items, you may cancel individual products before dispatch:

    • Go to “My Orders” and select the order
    • Choose the specific item(s) you want to cancel
    • Confirm the cancellation

    The refund will be processed only for the cancelled item(s). The remaining items will be delivered as per the original order.

  • Cancellation Fees
    • Before Dispatch: No cancellation fee. Full refund will be processed.
    • After Dispatch: Cancellation is not available. However, you may refuse delivery or initiate a return request after receiving the product.
  • Cancellation of Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
  • COD orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch without any charges. However, repeated cancellations of COD orders may result in:

    • Suspension of COD facility for future orders
    • Account restrictions or penalties

    We encourage responsible use of the COD payment method to ensure smooth operations for all customers.

  • To ensure a smooth cancellation process:

    • Review your order carefully before placing it
    • Cancel orders promptly if you change your mind
    • Provide accurate contact information for updates
    • Check order status regularly in “My Orders”
  • Exceptions and Special Cases
    • Promotional Sales: Orders placed during special sales or promotional events may have specific cancellation terms. Please check the sale terms and conditions.
    • Prescription Products: Orders containing prescription medicines may have stricter cancellation policies due to regulatory requirements.
    • Bulk Orders: Cancellation of bulk orders may require additional verification and approval from the seller.
