Aarsh HealthMart is the E-Commerce section of the Aarsh ReproHealth platform, which is owned and operated by EndoDaylights India Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India ("Company").
This Section has been established to facilitate the listing, promotion, and sale of curated healthcare products in the domain of Reproductive & Sexual Health and Wellness. The Company enables eligible sellers ("Sellers") to offer their products to end customers subject to completion of a defined onboarding and verification process, compliance with applicable laws, and acceptance of the Platform's Terms & Conditions and related policies.
Seller Verification Process
Only Sellers who have successfully completed the onboarding process, including verification of business credentials, statutory registrations, licenses, certifications, and product-related documentation, shall be permitted to list and sell products on the Platform.
Product Categories
The categories of products permitted to be listed and sold on Aarsh HealthMart are limited to:

Platform Governance
The Company reserves the right to review, approve, suspend, or remove any Seller, product listing, or category at its sole discretion, including in cases of non-compliance, misrepresentation, regulatory concerns, or customer complaints.
Independent Seller Relationship
Nothing contained herein shall be construed as creating any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between the Company and the Seller. Sellers shall operate as independent entities and shall be solely responsible for the quality, safety, legality, and compliance of their products.
